Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on the consent given through the form and on the need to respond to the request. Messages are retained in the email inbox for the time needed to handle the enquiry and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Aggregate analytics

The site records aggregate counts for page views, clicks, time on page, scroll depth, device and operating system, source, language, and approximate city and country. City and country are derived technically when the request is served, but the IP address is not stored in analytics. A local preference without an identifying code distinguishes a new browser from a returning one in aggregate. No advertising cookies, email addresses or personal identifiers are used. An exclusion preference prevents the owner’s visits from being counted on the browser used.

Aggregate counts are retained for a rolling period of 365 days.
